Terra Bio was established in the Montefeltro hills to promote, protect and preserve agricultural and socio-economic values through organic cultivation. The cooperative has always been active in the organic field since its foundation in 1997 and today has more than 110 members cultivating around 15,000 hectares of land with cereals, legumes, oilseeds and fodder crops. Furthermore, in 2025 the cooperative expanded its storage capacity with the inauguration of a new plant in Fermignano.

The cooperative’s headquarters in Schieti di Urbino is a modern storage and production facility that enables the complete transformation of raw materials into finished products, ensuring a transparent and safe supply chain. This supply chain is only possible thanks to the cooperative's constant efforts in expanding its production facility, which currently includes silos, warehouses, a sorting plant, a dehulling/pearling plant and packaging machines.

As an authorised seed company, Terra Bio supplies its farmer members with organic seeds, ensuring a complete production chain from seed to finished product.
