Control and sorting of grains using selection systems to ensure homogeneity in size and quality.
Grains that do not meet product standards are eliminated
Dehulling
Dehulling consists of the mechanical removal of the non-edible parts of the grain (the husk, in the case of so-called “hulled” cereals) or of the outer seed coat (in the case of legumes or other seeds), resulting in a product intended for final consumption or for further processing.
Pearling
This is more intense than dehulling as it partially removes the bran, the outermost integument that covers the seed, and the germ, resulting in a more refined product that is more suitable for use in cooking soups or salads.
Packaging
Our products are packaged in hygienically controlled environments, including in a modified atmosphere, and is designed for different formats with the aim of preserving the product characteristics until distribution.
